Common Questions

A few things people often ask us before getting in touch.

What exactly does Reliora do?
We help people sort and label their retirement-related documents into an organised folder or binder, and we explain what common forms and processes mean in plain language. We point you to the appropriate official bodies for anything that requires formal action, but we don't give personal financial or legal advice.
Is this financial or legal advice?
No. Everything we do is informational and organisational. We explain what documents are and where to find official guidance, but we don't advise on what decisions to make. If you need formal advice, we'll point you toward the right professionals.
How long does a session or visit take?
The First Steps Document Sort is typically a single visit lasting two to three hours. The Information Sessions run across a small number of shorter meetings. The Household Records Programme is the most involved and we'll discuss a comfortable schedule with you at the outset.
Do you visit at home or do I come to you?
We work flexibly. For document sorting it often makes more sense to come to you since the papers are there. For information sessions, we can meet at our office in Nakhon Ratchasima or at a convenient local venue. We're happy to discuss what works best for you.
What if I only have a few documents — is that enough?
Yes, that's fine. We work with what you have and help you identify what might be worth gathering before taking any next steps. Starting with a small collection is very common and nothing to worry about.
Are the printed materials in English?
Yes, all our sessions and printed materials are in English. If family members prefer Thai versions of the household summary, please let us know when you get in touch and we can discuss what's possible.
How do I pay, and when?
Payment is arranged before each session or visit begins. We accept bank transfer and cash. Full details are provided when you book. There's no deposit required to make an initial enquiry.
