1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging us for a service, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement. If you are engaging on behalf of a household or another person, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

Use of this website or booking a service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

3. Service Description

Reliora offers three services: the First Steps Document Sort, the Plain-Language Information Sessions, and the Household Records & Summary Programme. All services are general information and organisational in nature. They do not constitute financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other form of regulated professional service.

Services are provided primarily in Nakhon Ratchasima and surrounding areas. Remote or other arrangements may be agreed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Your Responsibilities

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, formats, and design elements used in printed materials remain the intellectual property of Reliora. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials produced for you for your own private household purposes.

Website content is owned by Reliora. Reproducing or republishing it without written permission is not permitted.

6. Payment

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are fixed per engagement. Payment is due before each session or visit begins. We accept bank transfer and cash. No deposit is required to make an initial enquiry.

Cancellations: Where a session or visit is cancelled by you with less than 48 hours' notice, the session fee remains payable. Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice will be rescheduled without charge. If we cancel, we will reschedule at no additional cost or refund any payment already made for that session.

7. Service Delivery

The scope of each service is confirmed in writing before it begins. Any changes to scope must be agreed in writing before additional work is carried out.

We will handle documents with reasonable care during all visits and sessions. Original documents will be returned at the end of each visit. We do not copy, photograph, or retain any original documents without explicit written consent.

Timelines are agreed at the outset. Delays caused by client unavailability will be accommodated where reasonably possible, but do not affect payment obligations for sessions already completed.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are informational and organisational only. Nothing we say or produce constitutes financial, legal, tax, or any other form of professional advice. We do not make recommendations about what decisions you should take regarding any pension, retirement fund, property, or other financial matter.

We point clients toward official bodies and publicly available resources. We accept no responsibility for how those bodies operate or for any outcomes arising from interactions with them.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific engagement.

We accept no liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including any decisions made or actions taken on the basis of our informational materials. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Reliora against any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your misuse of our services or from your breach of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may end an ongoing engagement by giving written notice. Sessions or visits already completed remain payable. Materials produced up to the point of termination are yours to keep.

We may decline to continue an engagement if a client acts in a way that is disrespectful to our staff or requests activities outside the scope of what we offer.

12. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we ask that you contact us first to try to resolve matters informally. If that is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand.
