A Quiet Place to Get Your
Paperwork in Order
Reliora exists for people who want to feel settled about their retirement documents before taking any formal steps — no pressure, no complexity.
Back to HomeHow Reliora Came to Be
Reliora began from a simple observation: a great many people reaching retirement age in Thailand had drawers and folders full of important papers but no clear sense of what any of it meant or whether anything was missing. They weren't looking for someone to make decisions for them — they simply wanted a calm, unhurried hand through the paperwork.
Founded in Nakhon Ratchasima, Reliora was set up to fill that gap. We don't give advice on what to do with pension funds or how to structure any kind of arrangement. What we do is help people find what they have, understand what it says, and put it in a place where they and their families can find it again.
Everything we produce is in plain English — no specialist vocabulary, no assumptions about prior knowledge. Our printed materials are designed to stay useful long after our sessions have finished.
Our Approach
- Unhurried: We work at the pace that suits you. There is no reason to cover everything in one sitting if that doesn't feel right.
- Plain language: Every explanation uses everyday words. If something has a formal name, we say what it means before we use it.
- Organisational only: We sort, label, and summarise. We don't recommend financial products, advise on tax matters, or suggest legal strategies.
- Printed takeaways: You leave with something tangible — an organiser, session notes, or a household summary you can refer to whenever needed.
The People Behind Reliora
A small team with a shared commitment to keeping things clear and considerate.
Margaret Wills
Founder & Lead Consultant
Margaret spent over fifteen years helping retirees navigate paperwork across Southeast Asia. She founded Reliora to bring that experience to people in Nakhon Ratchasima who simply needed a calm guide through the process.
Prasong Charoensuk
Client Relations & Scheduling
Prasong coordinates with clients to arrange visits and sessions at times that suit them. He handles all initial enquiries and is the first point of contact for anyone wondering which service might be the right starting point.
Nattaya Thongsuk
Documentation & Materials
Nattaya prepares all printed organisers, session notes, and household summaries. She reviews every document for clarity, ensuring nothing leaves the office in language that a general reader would find confusing.
How We Keep Standards High
A short set of principles that guide the way we work with every client.
Strict Privacy Handling
We handle personal documents with care. Nothing is copied, photographed, or retained after each session without explicit consent. Client information is kept only as long as necessary.
Scope Review Before Each Engagement
Before any visit or session begins, we confirm with the client exactly what will and won't be covered. There are no surprises about what is included in the service they have chosen.
Plain Language Review Process
All printed materials go through an internal review to check that the language is clear and accessible. Technical terms are defined where they can't be avoided.
Clear Boundaries on Scope
We stay firmly within the role of information and organisation support. If a client's situation calls for formal advice, we say so clearly and point them to suitable professionals.
Post-Session Follow-Up
After each engagement, we check in briefly by phone or email to make sure the printed materials and any notes are clear. If anything needs clarifying, we address it without additional charge.
Secure Document Handling
Original documents are returned to clients at the end of each visit. We don't store physical copies on our premises and any digital notes are removed once the engagement is complete.
Pension Document Support in Nakhon Ratchasima
Reliora works with people in and around Nakhon Ratchasima (Korat) who want to feel more settled about their retirement-related paperwork. Our three services cover everything from a single sorting visit for those just starting to think about it, to a full household records programme for people who want their affairs well-organised and easy for family members to follow.
The work we do is general information and organisational support. We help people understand what common pension-related forms are asking, identify which official organisations they may need to contact, and keep their records in a clearly labelled folder that won't become confusing over time.
We believe that feeling organised about paperwork is something anyone should be able to achieve without needing a background in finance or law — and that the process of getting there should be calm, respectful, and entirely at the individual's own pace.
